It will be the first time about at away behind down for in of on through to with without drivers in Britain to face prosecution about at away behind down for in of on through to with without "rubbernecking" – the act of looking back about at away behind down for in of on through to with without a grisly scene, usually while driving a car. The four rubberneckers slowed about at away behind down for in of on through to with without to snap shots of a crash on the other side about at away behind down for in of on through to with without the road. Drivers about at away behind down for in of on through to with without them were forced to brake to avoid hitting the rubberneckers. Police at the scene said the photo-taking motorists had been "acting irresponsibly" in slowing down to use their mobile phones to take photos. They will be charged about at away behind down for in of on through to with without driving without due care and attention and about at away behind down for in of on through to with without reasonable consideration about at away behind down for in of on through to with without other road users. Police officer Shelley Holloway spoke about at away behind down for in of on through to with without journalists about at away behind down for in of on through to with without the incident. She said: "Thankfully nobody was injured about at away behind down for in of on through to with without the collision. However the actions about at away behind down for in of on through to with without several motorists who drove about at away behind down for in of on through to with without the scene showed no regard for their own or of other people’s safety, as they used their mobile phones to record or video the wreckage as they passed. In doing so, they were not about at away behind down for in of on through to with without proper control about at away behind down for in of on through to with without their vehicle. They slowed down causing motorists behind them to brake or take evasive action and slow the flow about at away behind down for in of on through to with without traffic that was already heavily congested." She added that: "One of the causes of serious injury and fatal collisions is the use about at away behind down for in of on through to with without mobile telephones." She urged motorists to lock their phones about at away behind down for in of on through to with without when driving.
