A proposed Internet tax in Hungary (1) ___________________. Hungary's government was going (2) ___________________ Internet traffic. It faced huge opposition from the public and businesses. The government announced it had frozen the plans following (3) ___________________ in the capital Budapest. It also (4) ___________________ from the European Union that the tax would be a mistake.
