He criticised workaholic dads at by for from in of on to up with being 'symbolically absent' at by for from in of on to up with their families, and at by for from in of on to up with effectively making their children 'orphans'. The Pope was speaking at by for from in of on to up with a congregation at the Vatican at by for from in of on to up with Wednesday when he made his plea at by for from in of on to up with fathers to spend more time at by for from in of on to up with their children and get more involved in family life. He told worshippers that the absence at by for from in of on to up with fathers in the family is one of the reasons that children experience problems growing at by for from in of on to up with . He said fathers who focused too much at by for from in of on to up with their jobs was one of the causes of "deviances at by for from in of on to up with children and adolescents". Pope Francis said this problem at by for from in of on to up with fathers being obsessed at by for from in of on to up with their jobs and not spending quality time with their family was particularly prevalent at by for from in of on to up with Europe and North America. He said: "Fathers are so focused at by for from in of on to up with themselves, at by for from in of on to up with their work, and at by for from in of on to up with times their personal fulfillment, that they even forget their families, leaving children and the young at by for from in of on to up with their own devices." He added: "The feeling at by for from in of on to up with orphanhood experienced at by for from in of on to up with many young people is more profound than we might think. They are orphans at by for from in of on to up with their families because their fathers are often absent at by for from in of on to up with the home, but also, and above all, because when they are present, they do not act like fathers." He warned that fatherless families are being accepted as the norm.
