A five-year-old in London was fined $194 for selling of lemonade. The fine upset the girl. She thought she had done wrong. Her father, Andre Spicer, said his daughter set up her on a street near her home. She wanted to sell her lemonade to who were going to a music . Mr Spicer said his daughter burst into . She said: "I've done a bad thing". Spicer said his daughter was very excited by the of selling her lemonade. He said: "She just wanted to put a on people's faces. She was really of herself."
Mr Spicer explained why his daughter cried. He said after she started selling lemonade, four officers walked over to the stall. He thought that they would ask to pack up and go home, but they filmed them on a and read them something from a about not having a trading . His daughter said: "Daddy, Daddy, I've done a bad ." The officers then fined Spicer and his daughter. The government spokesman apologised to the girl and said: "The fine will be cancelled ."
