President Donald Trump warned North Korea over its missiles. The war of words between Mr Trump and North Korea is getting worse. Countries are worried the war of words could become a real war. Tensions increased when North Korea said it had nuclear missiles. Trump then warned that North Korea would, "be met with fire and fury like the world has never seen". North Korea then promised to fire missiles near the US territory of Guam.
North Korea said Trump's words were "nonsense". Mr Trump said his "fire and fury" statement "wasn't tough enough". He said North Korea should "be very, very nervous". The Arms Control Association said Mr Trump should stop using such strong words to avoid a war. It said Mr Trump's words were dangerous and would not stop North Korea's nuclear development. It added that a war "would not be in the U.S. interest".
