READING:

King Charles III of the UK has written a children's book called "Climate Change". Charles is an environmentalist. He speaks about the environment at climate change conferences. He hopes his book will teach children about the problems our planet has. The other writer of the book is Tony Juniper. He is from a group called Natural England. He wants to "bring facts to the fingertips" of children. They have the most to gain by finding answers to climate change.

Last Friday, King Charles met many business leaders. He asked them to help protect nature. At the event, Juniper said Charles was excited because children wanted to help the Earth. He said Charles loved "the level of energy and passion shown by young people". Charles wrote: "Ever since I was a young teenager, I have been deeply worried about…our world. I am pleased to see that children across the world are now raising the alarm."
