READING:

Germany cannot find enough skilled people to work. Older workers are retiring and there are fewer babies. There are thousands of job vacancies. Germany wants to fix this problem with Indian workers. India has 600 million people below the age of 25. Germany needs engineers, factory workers, nurses and IT professionals.

Germany is Europe's largest economy. It makes famous cars. Germany is also a leader in renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. It has made it easier for Indians to get work visas. However, businesses need more workers. Indian employment experts are helping young Indians to find work in Germany.
