Millions of people like Japanese manga. Popular series like One Piece and Naruto have fans all over the world. Manga fans will soon have a new theme park to go to. Saudi Arabia and France are planning to build a Dragon Ball Z park near Paris. It will cost around $7 billion. It will be one of Europe's largest parks. The leaders of Saudi Arabia and France thought of the idea in 2024. They both had a passion for manga and liked Dragon Ball Z.
The park will create 22,000 jobs in France. It will also help Saudi Arabia move away from oil. Saudi has already moved into tourism, entertainment, and other industries. France's President Macron said the park would be "a new global destination". The French government said it was "a project on the scale of Disneyland". The Politico website said the park was "expected to include 50,000 square metres of green spaces dedicated to biodiversity".
